Kanopy is a streaming film database that the library provides access to. Unlike other databases, we do not get access to the content they offer by paying a yearly fee, we have to pay for individual licenses for each film within the database.
The library can purchase licenses for specific films (usually around $150 for 1 year of access), but this must be arranged ahead of when you want students to watch the film. Librarians can also help you explore other options, such as purchasing a DVD copy of the film or requesting a copy from another library, as these costs are often significantly lower.

ARC is a group of libraries in the Worcester area that you can visit as an Anna Maria student or faculty member after signing up for an ARC card with us during library hours. Some libraries allow you to check out materials, while others only allow you to use them in the library, so check the policies of the library you're visiting ahead of time.
